Got 4 rooms for 3 nights a year ago. Pretty much unremarkable (neither a good or bad way) as an HP. Everyone in all four rooms was pleased. At booking I did put in my checkin notes a request for a pack n play and was pleasantly surprised (and had forgotten about it) to find a perfectly set up pack n play made up with fresh linens. Anyway, by Hyatt standards it was an average hotel but I do think Hyatt is better than most competitors in this space.
