There aren't any nonstops on the 10th, you're not missing anything.

Using Google Flights, it looks like the JFK-LAS nonstop runs through Dec. 17, picks back up for a few days Jan 3-6 (CES maybe?), and resumes full time on Feb. 13.

Most likely a combo of JFK reductions and typical winter schedule slowdowns.
