So what does this mean? I made my reservation well in advance (>1 week). I'm supposed to get guaranteed availability as a PC. They were out of cars (obviously). So what are they supposed to do? Surely not what they did... which was to not reimburse my Uber fare, not help me locate another Hertz car, etc.

Also - I can't find this benefit on the USA Hertz website. It's missing on all overview PC benefit pages:
