That is different - that is a guarantee that a booking will be able to be made as long as at least 48 hours notice is given - it does not mean that 48 hours notice is needed in order to be guaranteed a car

If the booking is made 48 hours in advance, even if sold out, the member will be able to make a booking with the guarantee

Make a booking 12 hours in advance, then there will be no extra vehicle availability
