You could either buy an award for a TK domestic flight (r/t) for 7600 miles.
Otherwise, you could buy something from the Shop&Miles store, ( miles + credit card is also accepted ).
Unfortunately, TK does not offer mileage transfer to car rental, hotel, etc... companies or you can't book a hotel, car rental, etc... with miles.
