Putting a bassinet on the floor in front of you will reduce the space to zero - won t work at all - reclining the seat will be impossible.
One of the benefits of being a Plat with AY is that you always can put you in the bassinet seats - something the hotline will never do. So often when you book late 1L is the only window seat available.
