Called AY to ask about this and agent confirmed that their A350 indeed only has the hooks for the bassinet on 1L. She had to check and sounded surprised herself when she got confirmation on the same.

She said that there's the option of requesting for a bassinet and leaving it on the floor in front of you if you are seated in row 1. Really don't get why they designed the cabin this way

The last min upgrades doesn't help too. I might not even have the option of seating in row 1 by the time and IF the upgrade clears.
