Hi folks, I'm about to take this ICBC UP for a test drive in Shenzhen (and will definitely try the red subway gate!). A few quick questions:

1. Where (in the website) can I set my PIN? I'm sure I set it somehow before but can't recall (because I use this card exclusively in CN). Or does require a call to customer service?

2. I keep hearing 'QuickPass' and wondering if this is something extra I need to activate on my ICBC Gold Preferred card?

3. I signed up (back in December) on the premise of getting $50 cash bonus after $1,000 purchase (in which I made 2 (two) $500 purchases in two separate billing cycles, all within 3 months of signup).. Haven't seen that $50 bonus yet, wonder if others had the same experience?
