Haha there is no way they will go back to 3-3-3 or 2-4-2 anytime soon. The airline industry culture would have to change a LOT for that to happen!
Glad they are making room for stretching and moving and actually encouraging it. I know people who have suffered from deep thrombosis after a long haul flight and one of them had no risk factors besides taking a long haul flight.
