I posted in the United thread: United did the right thing by ignoring the troll. The Southwest FA did the wrong thing by getting sucked into it. This is the desired outcome of the troll.

People wear this stuff in public because they are trying to provoke someone and get their 15 minutes of fame. Don't let them.
