Dave,

I wasn't aware that Amsterdam left from T4. An (incorrect) assumption on my part. Too many flights to ZHR I guess . Are there any 'rules-of-thumb' as to which European flights depart from T1 vs. T4?

As to the lounge side of things I found this link. Maybe things have changed recently?

Simple rule of thumb. Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Athens and Moscow go from T4 plus all intercontinental.

Miami from T3
Basle from T2
remainder from T1

According to the lounge access policy listed in the previous timetable, Concorde lounge was ,iirc, not available to 1st passengers. When there was no Concorde service, they allowed access to it saying that they were using it for First class and Permier card holders since there was no COncorde. Perhaps they maintained it subsequently
