Correct, it's reciprocal. However, it is based on STATUS, not your AC membership -- like an alliance. I've presented my AC card several times to test this, and each time it's the EXP card that gets me in. We're lucky though that coming from Star the employees are used to this kind of thing and well trained.

One of the other ironic quirks in the system: In MTY, if flying AA to DFW, my EXP card will get me into the MX lounge (since AA closed the little unofficial-mini-AC there). BUT, if flying AA to MTY from DFW, my EXP card won't get me into the AC in Dallas because I'm not flying to Mexico City. Go figure!
