QATAR AIRWAY does not response to inquiry email
I have received an email stating that if I do not provide my payment verification together with my scanned passport and transaction approval form (scanned, however I use debit card and they only have an online transaction report, I do not have the full transaction list of form for it) within the next 48 hours, I will not be able to abroad my flight despite payment has been made and approved.
After submitted my information and waited for many days, I even created a new inquiry to ask about it but to no avail and no response. Now my accomodation in Switzerland has been cancelled and other itinerary could not be further planned.
I am urging to get a response about whether I could just bring my debit card on the day of boarding and show them for verification? THERE IS NO response or whatsoever despite my frequent inquiries and emails and calls to request about the results.
Please check and please at least response to your customer inquiries.
