What I reported was my experience on the 4th with an 11:30 p.m. arrival. When I got to the platform, the marquee on counterclockwise side said Closed, use other side or something similar.
We did not encounter a single carriage going counterclockwise while traveling clockwise to Term A.
And while I have not arrived that late in quite a while, that was my previous experience from a few months ago.
