Stayed one night in the hotel only. Booked 2 basic rooms for a family trip. As a gold member one room is assigned to high floor and could check in early around 10.30am. No lounge access since we are not upgraded to executive rooms, but the manager kindly offered breakfast for all four of us, which turns out to be amazing & we love the pho! The manager even went up to restaurant to greet guests during breakfast time. Service is impressive. Location is good too and would recommend to others.
