PQP fare basis: paid partner upgrades

Does anyone have any experience with LH tickets and upgrade bids?

If the upgrade bid is successful does this change the fare code?

I started a new thread as I imagine this will be a common question for PQP qualifications. A number of airlines allow for upgrade bids (this is not for 016/UA tickets as we know those fees low qualify for PQP) so interested whether upgrade bids change the fare code.
