Fighting AMEX Flying Blue Card for XP
Hey guys,
A few months ago I posted asking when AMEX FlyingBlue gave you your award XP upon signing up.
I never got mine (They'd get me over the gold level threshold before a big long haul, hence me being a bit anal about it), and they've basically said they can't help.
Anyone ever resolved this kind of issue with them or any tips on how to deal with them? Bit disappointed as AMEX customer service is usually top notch.
