Take a look at the Cathay Pacific chart:

Q only earns 25% so a bit less, but would be both EQM (at the partner qualification bucket 25,000/50,000/90,000 EQM) and RDM.
Milecalc (for calculation example only, and may differ from what Alaska uses for the segment) shows the distance as 6927 one way, so 25% of that would be 1732 EQM & RDM.
