Looks like Smart & Final uses the global AID for Visa debit cards, so there's another place one can test online PIN and contactless (besides Target).
Also, an AMC I walked by earlier finally got EMV. Other locations may have as well. I can't comment on Quick Chip or EMV/MSD contactless yet.
