All 3 rows(19, 20, 21) are exit rows and you must meet the requirements to sit there.

But in my experience, rows 20/21 have no extra leg room except 21A/F due to the missing seat. 19 does, but also has zero recline.

If you have a +1 row 20 isn't bad. No extra room, but you don't have to share a row.
