I think there are a mixture of opinions, Some prefer the Wing F ( champagne bar , buffet) and others prefer the Pier ( dining room). I personally prefer the Pier ( good dining room ,pantry and bar and feels more serene ( as it is enclosed you do not hear the general terminnal nosie that you may hear from the balcony areas at the Wing). Although I have popped into the wing ( champange bar and appetisers) before going to the Pier for dinner and relaxing)
Depending on where your arriving gate is you might be closer to one or the other.
