1. If you have passengers with tough travel issues, nonstop is always better than a connection.
2. COS-DEN gives you options if there is a cancellation or delay, e.g. driving. DEN-OGG does not.
In the end, it's of course your choice.
Thank you for taking the time to answer. I totally agree that non- stop is much better. That was my first choice but there were not 5 first class seats on any of the direct flights DEN-OGG on the dates that worked for my work schedule.
