My rate had breakfast included but the one day I tried to go to regular restaurant there was a long line waiting out in the heat (you need to exit hotel and cross a small plaza to enter restaurant Beach Road Kitchen) waiting to get in so I went back to the lounge on the 2nd floor which while it got crowded I never had trouble finding a seat. I thought the food offerings in the lounge were quite good and generous timings. Breakfast from 6:00 - 10:30, Afternoon tea 2:30 - 5:00 and the evening service was 5:30 to 7:30 but drinks were served 5:30 to 9:30.
I hope you didn't pay extra for these things as they are all included for Tit Elites except for maybe 20% off room service. You do get
20% off F&B at the restaurants, and you are welcome to have breakfast at Beach Road Kitchen in lieu of the lounge, in addition to the 1000 pt welcome amenity.
