I spoke to reception this morning when checking out. She spoke to the GM on duty and they agreed to change the charges to my HH card. Unfortunately, they needed the full credit card number to change it back. I didn’t know the full number and all we could pull up online was the last 4 digits. She suggested I call her when I got home and she’d be happy to transfer the charges to my HH credit card.
She agreed that if I had checked in online and used a digital key, the HH card would have automatically charged. Better strategy for next time!
