Yes. BA A tickets rack up EQM quickly. LAX-LHR-CPT/JNB would earn MVPG with 4 segments. Often on sale in the fall for a New Year (Southern hemisphere summer) boost. My spreadsheet also calculates cpm but I didn't have that info.
The RDM generated is almost enough for an IAD-Asia return in CX J so your valuation is conservative.

I've come to consider some of these sale F fares BOGO. Last year was an EK F fare from Canada to Europe. Got an F seat on JL1 SFO-HND with the miles and 20K miles left in the bank. Pretty sweet deals.
