I just going to list current access to airports as of 7:20 a.m.

HND:
Tokyo Monorail: Not in service. But aiming to resume service around 8:30 a.m. with reduced schedule
Keikyu: Airport Line, Haneda Airport-Shinagawa and Haneda Airport-Kawasaki. Service resumed with reduced schedule. Other portion of Keikyu line not in service.
Limousine Bus: Resumed service on 6:30 a.m. with very limited service in the morning, expecting more frequent service in afternoon.

NRT:
Keisei: Operating with reduced schedule. Looks like Skyliner is running, also.
JR: Not in service.
Limousine Bus: Resumed service on 6:30 a.m. with very limited service in the morning, expecting more frequent service in afternoon.
