Makes you wonder if it was a nothingburger why they decided to cancel all flights today as well.

Is anyone else trying to reach ANA? I called their US number have been on the phone on hold now for over 3 hours (no exagerration), has anyone been able to get through? I realy just need them to answer the question I asked above. If I fly to Tokyo and catch whatever cheap flight to Bangkok, will the rest of the itinerary be cancelled even though the connecting flight i was supposed to take was cancelled, or do I HAVE to fly with ANA to Bangkok on whatever flight they put me on in order to not cancel the other half of my reservation?

And if they do allow it, you are solely responsible for getting there.

The other issue is unless you have a valid onward flight from TYO when you attempt to check in for your MEX flight, you probably will not be allowed to board.

Interesting, so if I catch tonights flight to NRT then the trip's already started and they wont be able to refund my miles anymore.... Yes that is the main problem i'm worried about is ANA doesn't allow me to skip leg, they must rebook me but next flight out is 5 days out or something crazy. I'd much rather pay $500 for a last minute ticket with whatever airline in economy from TYO to DMK/BKK then sit in Tokyo for 5 days which my travel insurance would not completely cover beyond a paltry $250 or so.
