Looking at booking LHR BOS return for next September, if I take the more cash/less Avios option, is the full cash amount paid refunded, less any fee, if I later cancel the booking? I assume it would be but wanted to double check, I could buy some extra Avios as an alternative and the cost is pretty much the same.
