I was on a flight recently from FNT-ATL. A woman got put in FC from coach. Not a problem with me, until, she takes out her cell phone and starts making calls during takeoff.

She was telling Junion, "OOOhhhhh, we are taking off now. I am so scared. Why did I let you talk me into this?"

The FA's saw it and asked her to put it away.

We finally get to cruising altitude. She takes out the cell phone again, except this time it isn't working. She starts using mild expletives and then gets up to ask the FA while her phone won't work.

The FA's gave her some answer, but started to chuckle as she went back to her seat.

Was just amusing watching someone who doesn't fly or maybe has flown before.
