A couple of years ago United broke my checked suitcase and gave me a free Trident hard cover suitcase in compensation.

I rarely check luggage, so I've never used this suitcase so far. Now, I need to use it and I realize that the combination lock is off and so, the suitcase won't shut. I looked everywhere to find the 3 number code but no luck. I wouldn't care so much if I could just shut the suitcase (even if I couldn't lock it) but since the case won't shut, that pretty much renders the bag useless.

Does anyone know the default 3 number combination (I've tried all the obvious ones like 000, 111, 222, ... 123, 001, 002, etc.)?

Does anyone know if Trident has a toll free number for help?
