Thank you flumy, LHR/MEL/Europe FF, 889 for your comments. Ok I will keep an eye on always changing rules of 24hr TWOV Multiple Stops in URC (and other cities). Maybe until Feb 2020 there will be some changes or maybe CZ will change their schedule(length of the stop to below 2hr) .
If nothing in this matter will change until Feb 2020, probably I will apply for transit visa.
But still if someone who reads that have done this route without a prearranged visa we would appreciate some information.
