I was taught these table manners, so whenever I see incorrect knife direction, or (worse) a knife on the left, I cringe a little inside haha

I'm a heathen who uses his fork in his right hand and knife in his left. I know that's very gauche of me but I find it very difficult to cut up my food with knife in my right hand. So more often than not the fork and knife wind up on the incorrect side.
