You can't go wrong with TK (even with the new B789) and if you already booked the flights, I suggest you stick to it.
Although the direct SK flights to ARN are certainly nice and a good option, I would advice against transitting in the US - to complicated and time consuming.
Thanks for your answer. However BOG is definetly an option! Would be great to visit the city for a day or two! Likewise with an US stop ( I can stand immigration for a couple of hours, not a problem. So my question is really still about comparing relevant airlines hardware and software up in the air!
