Booked NZ2 AKL Y, Return PE for September 2020. Confirmed R and A Class are available. Agent would not clear the upgrade and said to call back in a week. I called again today and said they have had a process change and it has to go in the queue for the upgrade team to clear... Having been elite for 7 years have never had this before, is it worth calling again?
