No as of last summer. Bulk of the traffic crossing is vehicular. We went during peak season such that cars were backed up to the Canadian side entering the US but foot traffic was a 2 minute wait; thus I don't think there is a need for a NEXUS lane for foot traffic considering there is no NEXUS lane for vehicles either.
