Not quite ..... Term E has Skylink, but no pedestrian walkway to anywhere else. Probably because it used to the the other airlines Terminal, but now AA's RJ fly from there - actually have for quite a while.

Please refer to the Wikipost above for information and schematics of Skylink and the walkways. If Skylink is running normally you’re not over ten minutes from one gate to another in different terminals.
Do note that for late arrivals the trian runs only in one direction, so going from C to A would take well over 10 minutes. Don't know if direction varies or not, but I"ve always gone countercockwise, so a much longer trip from E to A to catch the Orange Line (light rail).
