Not quite ..... Term E has Skylink, but no pedestrian walkway to anywhere else. Probably because it used to the the other airlines Terminal, but now AA's RJ fly from there - actually have for quite a while.

Do note that for late arrivals the trian runs only in one direction, so going from C to A would take well over 10 minutes. Don't know if direction varies or not, but I"ve always gone countercockwise, so a much longer trip from E to A to catch the Orange Line (light rail).
