*bump* November 2019 is the new opening month.

I walked past today and could peek in at the entrance / foyer areas. Very nice. Typical new Courtyard color scheme that matches the rooms and a large living wall visible from the street. Signs are up and outdoor electrical work has been completed.

Has a Chase Bank underneath it. 1 block from Javitz and the Vessel. Whole Foods Hudson Yards is also coming soon, and 'Shops at Hudson Yards' is, of course, already open with high-end stores + some eateries (incl. Little Spain) / coffee shops / etc.
