I know this has been asked a million times and I apologize but I cant find the answer

Booked row 1 as a GCH but I am not going to travel enough this year to renew and will drop to silver before I travel.

Will I automatically get thrown out of row 1 when I drop to Silver. Trying to work out whether to leave row 1 or bite the bullet and move to row 2
