Yes, I’m sure there will be some movement of the cat 4s to 5s and 5s to 6s in Philly with next year’s category adjustments; it’s just a bit odd that this one property went up mid year, and as you point out, it’s definitely not an outlier in its peer group when it comes to rates.
(The Notary also went from the cat 4 it was when it was a Courtyard to cat 5 this summer when it rebranded, but I guess that can be more justified/expected given the circumstances.)
