Claim? If you mean how much do they charge / rates, the current rates are:

high season / low season
Entire apartment: 4500 EUR / 3900 EUR [2 br, 4 guests, 320 sq m.]
Pope's suite: 2900 EUR / 2450 EUR [1 br, 2 guests, 170 sq m.]
Music suite: 1900 EUR / 1550 EUR [1 br, 2 guests, 150 sq. m]

You can see the way it is split between the two bedrooms below. They only share the common foyer:
