AS Pushing Buy Miles When I'm Maxed Out

So, as a non-elite I'm capped at buying 150k miles/year. Not thrilled with that, but c'est la vie. It is still a reasonable purchase limit.

Anyhow...I maxed out my purchase for the year last month (with the 50% bonus...paid for 100k miles in two transactions, got 50k bonus miles, so 150k miles total). Given that Alaska has to know this, and has to know my status, why am I getting solicited to buy more miles with an "exclusive offer"? I get that those are spammed out all over the place, but it seems pretty stupid (well, to me at least) for them to be pumping an offer to an ineligible customer.
