I recently completed a RTW on KLM ticket (about two weeks ago). My FD online profile does not show the complete miles credit yet. I want to know does it really take 8 weeks to see your miles on your statement?
In my profile, only the first four segments are shown, that too incorrectly. Worse, one transaction shows negetive miles and it takes away all the miles from the two transactions
I tried to great 'helpdesk', emailing etc. Nobody seems to have a clue why the 'negetive' miles are shown.
I am member of EK's skywards. EK gives a superb service when it comes to accounting your miles. You can see the credited miles right away just after landing.
Can somebody please explain this mystical concept of negetive miles?
