Entirely Satisfactory Experience
My recent stay there was just fine. Cordial, efficient staff. A fine room (a bit small, but I am not doing gymnastics there) with handsome furnishings and meticulous housekeeping. No noise problems though I faced Michigan Avenue.
One issue: The $15 Diamond credit is no more. Instead, it's a full continental breakfast, served plated. I was very favorably impressed by mine. Lots of good, ripe fresh fruit. Berries. Yogurt. Wonderful breads. Good service. This was fine for me.
I will happily return.
