As posted elsewhere, and on aa.com, AFAIK:

First Class Domestic Meal Windows:
Breakfast: 4 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Lunch: Noon – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

(My schedule shows AA 1394 Lv MCO 3:05PM - Ar LGA 5:36? Seems to just missany real meal window there. )

SeAAttle, OAG shows the meal as "Lunch" as well.
