Also, I the Jet pool is closed for repairs until further notice. There is no mention of this on the spa website, and I was not informed before arriving to the property. A bit disappointed by that as well.
Thanks for this. This was the last little push I needed to cancel my next stay and move the points to a Park Hyatt Kyoto stay instead.
