It doesn't matter what side the passenger or the FA were on...it is not appropriate to represent your company and talk bad about passengers on social media. Obviously the FA had very poor judgement. As to whether he should be fired, I don't know Southwest's policy on social media but I know many companies would fire an employee immediately after something like that. Of course, they are kind of doomed if they do and doomed if they do. All I can say is what a moron.
