I tried to book this both online and over the phone with no luck a couple weeks ago. I am traveling on a Y award ticket from AUH-CAI and will need to get to AUH from Dubai. The website gave me the same error "Your booking type does not allow you to make a coach booking. For sector where discounted fare is applied." and the phone rep could only tell me that he confirmed that my ticket is ineligible for the coach...Not sure where to go from here.
