I've endured billing issues at PHL the last two times. The final bill at check-in is $10 higher than the contract. A 25 minute phone call is the only way to resolve this. The counter staff appear to be trained to reject even a print-out of the reservation/contract as evidence.

The base rate for the rental was changed both times. Seems this is not a coincidence.
