We were there in June and it was super basic in terms
of offering. Beer, wine and soft drinks. No Prosecco or Aperol spritz. And I think it was crackers for food. The seating is ok but I think you are better off heading straight through and they have a restaurant with a bar area with stools after security, where we had a nice Aperol spritz
It was bit of a zoo at BLQ when we went through, but maybe June is a popular month?
The fast track security is a bit like First Wing, with dedicated X-ray machine etc just for lounge guests. You could swing by lounge, realise it’s not for you and go through FT security.
