Hi i just completed my stay in Baltimore using the EEO cert pay for one night and get the second night free and i only recieved the credit for only one night stay. Should i have recieved the credit for 2 nights or one? And i also have one more question. The hotels concier level was closed for the weekend and i tried to get the cert for brekfast for the hotels restaurant and i was refused even though im the gold member. Was i entitle for the breafast or the hotels manager was correct. Thanks for the help.
